The works here are not ours
Every book, lecture, article and translation in this library is the work of its own author, speaker or publisher. Noor E Nabi claims no ownership of any of it and no authority over any of it. It is held here for one reason: so that Sunni Chat can search it and answer from it, with a citation pointing back to the source itself.
Why the material is here
Sunni Chat only answers from what it can cite. That means the works have to be readable by it. We hold them so an answer can name the book and the page, or the lecture and the minute, and send the reader to the source rather than asking them to take our word for it.
The intention is preservation and study — to keep this scholarship findable — not publication, distribution or profit. Noor E Nabi is a nonprofit and charges nothing for any of it.
Attribution
Where we know the author, speaker, publisher or channel, it is named on the source's own page and in every citation drawn from it. If something here is attributed wrongly or not at all, tell us and we will correct it.
Have something removed
If you hold the rights to a work here and would rather it were not, write to help@noorenabi.org and it will be taken down. You do not need to prove anything or explain yourself at length — say which work it is and that you want it removed.
The same address is for reporting anything else: a translation that reads wrongly, a citation pointing at the wrong place, an answer that misrepresents a source, or material that should not be in a Sunni library at all.

On the answers themselves
Sunni Chat is a study aid, not a mufti. It can be wrong, and it can quote a source correctly while still missing what a scholar would say. It is not a substitute for a qualified scholar, and nothing it writes is a fatwa. Verify anything that matters.
Translations are produced with the help of AI and checked by a scholar section by section before they are published. Quoted Qur'an and hadith are never machine-translated — a recognised published rendering is used instead.
